Marketing Manager

INNOVO is seeking an ambitious Marketing Manager to lead our brand and marketing activity across our business divisions. This is a hands-on role focused on driving lead generation, managing campaigns, and strengthening our digital presence to support continued business growth.

Industrial Services Supervisor

This position will be working on industrial services projects such as oil tank cleaning, confined space work, infrastructure decommissioning, and industrial water jetting. You are required to be a hands-on supervisor, ideally with experience in the same or a simalr field.

This role will be working around the UK on customers’ premises. This will mean nights away from home which is typically no more than three nights per week (sometimes none) however on some projects, it could be up to 10 days.

FUEL SERVICES ENGINEER

INNOVO is looking for a Fuel Services Engineer to work across petrol forecourts and fuel terminals nationwide, delivering specialist maintenance, testing, and compliance services. This is a field-based role involving tank cleaning, tank and pipework testing, fuel system maintenance, and responding to both planned and reactive works.

We’re looking for a practical, self-motivated engineer who’s comfortable working on the road and in demanding environments. You’ll need a strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently while representing the business on-site.
