What is Industrial Heating Oil (IHO)

We get asked this a lot...

Industrial Heating Oil, or IHO for short, is a generic name for a fuel oil that can be used as an alternative for virgin gas oil or kerosene for heating purposes only.

We call our IHO - i-35 and it's already being used across a wide range of sectors around the entire UK.

This product is significantly cheaper than 'regular' gas oil because it's not constrained by the particular standards applicable for fuels used in engines. i-35 is a fully rebated product (zero excise duty), this limits its use to heating only and not for use as on/off road vehicles or any static or mobile engines.
