With over 30 years in the industrial and environmental services industry, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and proven expertise to every project.
Having worked extensively across both the public and private sectors, he has hands-on experience in all of INNOVO’s core service areas. Paul’s depth of understanding ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
George joined INNOVO in 2023, bringing over a decade of experience in finance. An AAT Level 4 qualified professional, she has extensive expertise across all financial functions and also oversees HR operations.
Working closely with our sales and operations teams, George ensures financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and a seamless flow across the business.
Emma oversees project scheduling, asset allocation, and staff assignments within INNOVO’s Industrial Services Division.
With over 25 years of experience in the civil engineering and construction industry, Emma is also responsible for managing training, accreditations, and industry association memberships, ensuring our teams remain highly skilled and fully compliant.
With over a decade of experience in the waste management industry, Rebecca brings expertise in sustainable waste solutions.
Having worked across various sectors in the waste industry she specialises in delivering safe, efficient, and compliant cleaning solutions for a wide range of industrial environments from confined space entry and high-pressure water jetting to hazardous waste removal and tanker services.
With more than two decades of experience in the waste and environmental services industry, Matthew brings extensive expertise to his role as Business Development Manager at INNOVO. His career has spanned technical sales, account management, and leadership positions, giving him a deep understanding of customer needs and industry challenges.

With over 30 years of industry experience, Adrian ensures INNOVO operates at the highest standards of health and safety compliance.
He oversees safety protocols, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement across the business. Adrian holds an extensive list of qualifications, including WAMITAB, NEBOSH, DGSA, and ISO Lead Auditor, and brings specialist knowledge of COMAH and DSEA regulations.
